Jerry Robinson has invested his career in designing and implementing corporate growth strategies and initiatives. His education includes degrees and advanced studies in Liberal Arts, Marketing, and Real Estate Investment at Moorpark College and California State University, Long Beach. He has both Executive and Board of Director level experience with international organizations offering Modular Component Construction, Life Safety Equipment, and Human Capital services to energy-related industries. He blends the mentoring, management, and motivation of personnel with innovative corporate structure and design. As General Manager of Strategic Contract Resources, LLC Mr. Robinson ensures the corporate infrastructure and team is in place to offer project personnel and search services in a timely and cost-effective manner. Mr. Robinson has authored many articles for related industry publications and maintains an active schedule as a corporate adviser to a number of U.S. based companies.

Kent Hudson brings 20 years of experience working in the energy marketplace. As Vice President, Sales & Marketing at SCR, Mr. Hudson is responsible for driving the company vision and oversight of sales & marketing efforts company-wide. Prior to assuming his current role he focused on the upstream E&P, refinery, petrochemical, and engineering disciplines while building a team of energy industry recruiters to expand SCR’s contract and direct hire placement business. He is the former Vice President of PennWell’s Petroleum Group, including the Oil & Gas Journal, and the Publisher of PennWell’s Power Engineering Magazine and managed related power generation tradeshows and events.  He graduated from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Masters in Business Administration.

Don Bengtson has over 30 years of experience in operations, maintenance, and construction completion. Don also has an extensive background in plant startup and operations, including ten years of overseas experience in plant construction, startup management, plant performance evaluations, quality evaluations and project close out. He has an in-depth understanding of plant processes and controls, development and training materials, system breakouts, HAZOP reviews, and procedure writing.

Jessica Rader has over 15 years experience in client facing roles, such as Full Desk Recruiter, Account Manager and Project Manager. She has dedicated the last 8 years of her career to providing project personnel and executive search services to the energy, petrochemical, engineering and communications industries. In her current role she focuses on nurturing client and candidate relationships, while developing company-wide initiatives to grow market space within the energy sector and related process industries. Prior to joining SCR, Ms. Rader was a Project Manager at Norfolk Southern where she successfully managed the company’s largest ever LiDAR data collection efforts for Positive Train Control (PTC), an initiative mandated by the Federal Railroad Administration.

David Huckeba’s experience includes over 24 years serving the power generation and energy industries. His background and expertise span a wide variety of consulting and support activities including recruiting, direct hire placement, project management, documentation development, training and e-learning activities. With previous titles including vice president, Power Industry consultants; director, General Physics; and manager, PennWell Publishing, he possesses a broad and deep network of consultants and clients. Mr. Huckeba served 20 years in the Submarine Service for the U.S. Navy. He attended the University of Alabama and holds a bachelor of science, management and marketing from Charleston Southern University.

Rodney Cummings has 20 years of experience in industrial environments as a degreed mechanical engineer, VP of manufacturing and independent consultant. He started his career with Public Utilities on coal-fired projects as a mechanical engineer upgrading distressed generation assets, conducting performance testing and new facility commissioning. He then worked for DuPont at the Savannah River Site and was operations manager during the startup of one of DOE’s most critical high-level waste processing facilities in the country. He then spent five years as VP of manufacturing in the chemical industry and completed new product startups and facility relocations. As a consultant, Mr. Cummings developed commissioning programs for complex chemical facilities and utility processes.
