What is the process for finding employees through Strategic Contract Resources?

Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Strategic Contract Resources will work with you to establish specific position requirements in order to present the most qualified candidates. See our Service Process page.

How long will it take to have an employee at our company?

The timeframe varies based on your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified candidates.  You may decide to look at the most qualified candidates and schedule an interview, or we can fill a position based on the qualifications you provide. In instances where an urgent client need has arisen, we have been successful in having project-to-project personnel arrive on site the same day we received the client request.

What background checks do you provide?

Every candidate is reference checked based upon client requirements. This investigation can include a drug screen, driving record screen or criminal background check. Strategic Contract Resources can provide these services as well as meet other needs you might have for background or security checks. These can be coordinated through our office for a fee, or you may decide to do them yourself through your service providers.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee?

To ensure your satisfaction, SCR offers satisfaction guarantees as part of our client agreements. We believe that your satisfaction is our future.  We do everything in our power to ensure your needs are met.

Does SCR maintain any third-party contractor screening memberships?

SCR maintains memberships in ISNetworld, PICS, and numerous other third-party contractor screening companies.  These memberships and relationships have helped SCR to develop a world-class HSE program and maintain a stellar safety record.
