Do I need to pay anything to be listed within the SCR Talent Network?
No. As a candidate, you will not pay for the services Strategic Contract Resources provides.
I’ve joined the SCR Talent Network and submitted my resume. What happens next?
Once we receive your resume, we will evaluate your qualifications and experience to determine if they match any currently active search assignment. If they do, you will be contacted by one of our recruiters. If your experience and qualifications do not match an active assignment, be patient. We receive new job orders daily. Your qualifications will remain in the SCR Talent Network and will be continually reviewed and evaluated for consideration on any new assignment received.
How can I stay informed about open positions?
Our website is regularly updated with the latest list of open positions. Check back often to search for positions of interest to you.
How will I know if I’m a candidate for active searches?
If your qualifications meet the needs of any of our assignments, you’ll be contacted by an SCR recruiter.
What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered? Is it alright to turn it down?
Not every opportunity is going to meet your expectations. If you are not interested in an opportunity, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer opportunities to you based on your skills and preferences.
Is the information I submit to SCR confidential?
Absolutely. Any information you provide to SCR is regarded as both proprietary and confidential.
Does SCR handle both national and international searches?
Yes. Our clients contract with us to find qualified candidates for opportunities both here in the U.S. and abroad.
