Strategic Contract Resources, LLC (SCR) Promotes Kent Hudson to Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Strategic Contract Resources, LLC (SCR), provider of project personnel and direct-hire recruiting services, announces the promotion of Kent Hudson to Vice President, Sales & Marketing. In this role Mr. Hudson will continue management of the Oil & Gas Division, and assume oversight of the sales & marketing functions company-wide. His primary focus will be driving growth initiatives.

Kent Hudson joined SCR in 2004, and during his tenure has been promoted a number of times to his most recent position as Director of Project Personnel & Search Services – Oil & Gas Division. Mr. Hudson shared, “I’m looking forward to being part of the next phase of this organization’s success. There is a tremendous opportunity to build upon SCR’s position and reputation by expanding our sales and marketing strategies in specific energy related markets.”

Mr. Hudson is the former Vice President of PennWell’s Petroleum Group, including the Oil & Gas Journal, and was the Publisher of PennWell’s Power Engineering Magazine. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma and is a CPA with a Masters in Business Administration.
